Alciston and Selmeston Village Hall

Alciston & Selmeston Village Hall is nestled at the base of the South Downs in the picturesque Sussex countryside. The Village Hall is situated in Selmeston village beside the cricket field so that the local team and the Village Hall can share facilities.  Selmeston has an historic church and numerous listed buildings, several B&B’s village store/garage and The Barley Mow pub.

The hall is in an ideal location for bringing together friends and family for weddings, parties, functions and events of all kinds.

The Hall is ideally located just off the A27 between Lewes and Alfriston, has its own car park and is bordered by a wooded area of mature oak trees.

Offering authentic English village charm with modern facilities, the hall is fully licensed and has a capacity for 150 guests, or seating for 100 guests to dine in comfort.
