To request a booking of Alciston & Selmeston Village Hall:

• Check the availability calendar to ensure the hall is available for your preferred date and check the tariff page for rates
• If you wish to arrange a viewing please contact the Bookings Secretary: bookings@southdownsvillagehall.org
• Complete the online booking request form below to reserve your booking.
• Please contact the Bookings Secretary if you do not wish to use the on line booking request form. We have a paper-based Hire Agreement which you can complete and return.
• We will confirm your booking request and send you an invoice by e mail stating the deposit required and the date by which the balance to be paid.
